You know how most people have some kind of pain, such as anxiety, physical pain - and you know all they want to do is get out of that pain? Maybe you’re one of those people? Or you know someone who is? And this is why you’re reading this article, right?

So here are 3 simple actions, or rather simple activities you can do to increase positive energy and get rid of the pain instantly - or at least greatly reduce it. Isn’t that what everyone wants? To be pain-free?

Well I don’t know how to send you into an alternate universe with a different reality, so you can do these simple steps right here in this one. Ok?

At the end of the day, or rather this column, you’re going to discover how you can reduce your pain instantly.

The secret is, there’s no secret, just these simple activities. Ready?

Activity #1. Cut your cords. Say, what? Yes, cut the negative energy that spews out to you from another person’s negativity - just do it with your hand, or a Harry Potter wand, or a light saber - your choice. You just wave your hand — keep it attached to your arm — in front of you in a sweeping, downward motion at least 3 times in a row. Cut, cut, cut. That’s it. You might have to do it again. You can even day Cut, Cut, Cut!

I misspoke — there is a secret, but first let’s look at the second activity.

Activity #2. Ground yourself. There are 3 steps to this and I will need to show you the proper method and sequence. It involves your hands, wrists, and ankles, as well as breathing (we do that last, anyway, don’t we?).

Why do we ground ourselves? To bring ourselves back into our bodies. Our minds often float around — we wouldn’t want to bang the ceiling or anything, would we? Ouch! Or even float away outside….

Activity #3. Breathing. But not the usual shallow breathing we always do. We forgot how to breathe as we did as babies. Just watch their bellies rise and fall.

We call this 6–3 breathing. Empty your diaphram. I hope you recall where that is located. Breathe in to a slow count of 6, hold at the top for a count of 3, breathe out for a count of 6, emptying your diaphram, hold for a count of 3, and repeat. Do at least 3 rounds of this. I like to count as if each one is a second, i.e. 1 one thousand, 2 one thousand…you get the idea.

Why does the breathing work? Well, you have to concentrate on the counting and the proper form, and it’s hard to do anything else. Also, you might notice that when you get scared, angry, anxious you tend to stop breathing.


Breathe and you will calm down. It works every time. Maybe not if you’re an alien from another galaxy. I haven’t worked on any of them, yet. Can anyone introduce me?

Oh, I promised a secret.

Well, here it is. You know how I told you about the breathing? Well, if you do it for at least 2 minutes, it’s as good as any meditation out there. And there you have it.

My Energy Mastery colleagues and I have been on a challenge to do these 3 activities a number of times a day. Does it make a difference for us? You bet! I am actually feeling more energy (vibrations) go right through my body. Just think what it could do for you.
